New Cadet enrollment
Effective September 8, 2026, the U.S. Naval Sea Cadet Corps uses a new online enrollment and payment process.
New cadet enrollment includes a $125 National enrollment and insurance fee, which is invoiced and paid directly through the U.S. Naval Sea Cadet Corps online enrollment system.
Fort McHenry Division / Training Ship Constellation's local unit fee is handled separately.
Please do not use this page to pay a new cadet's National enrollment fee. Families completing a new enrollment should follow the payment instructions provided through the online application system and by unit staff.
Payments
All payments go to Ft McHenry's PayPal, which is overseen by the Commanding Officer, Alyssa Haley.
PayPal takes a 7% fee of all commercial payments made, so please make sure to send money via "Family and Friends" to avoid this fee.
