Commonly known as the "Summer Whites," this iconic uniform is worn during formal ceremonies and official events in warm-weather months. It is one of the most recognizable uniforms in the United States Navy and reflects the professionalism and pride expected of every Sea Cadet. 

The NLCC Summer Dress uniform is worn for ceremonies, inspections, and formal events. It reflects the pride, discipline, and professionalism expected of every League Cadet while honoring the traditions of the United States Naval Sea Cadet Corps. pride, and the naval traditions that young cadets begin learning from their very first days in the program.
