Required Personal Items
While the unit issues uniforms and most equipment and supplies, cadets are responsible for purchasing certain personal items. The recommendations below will help families obtain approved footwear, PT gear, and other required accessories.
Required Personal Items
- For NWU Type I: Crewneck navy blue t-shirts.
- For NWU Type III: Crewneck coyote brown t-shirts.
- Black socks
- Working Boots: G.I. Type Speedlace Combat comfortable 9″ leather boots or similar (any shoe store, Walmart, Amazon)
- Warm weather PT gear: Gold t-shirt, Mid Length Royal Blue basketball shorts.
- Cold weather PT gear: Gold t-shirt, navy blue sweatpants, navy blue sweatshirt.
- PT Tennis shoes (black or navy blue) and white socks (any Target, Walmart, or sports store)
